Congrats on so many sales! The photo from a few posts back threw me for a loop because the house in the background is exactly like mine except mine has a driveway right by the house instead of a breezeway. Crazy!

The people that live in the house across the street from us are fascinating (that's a nice word for it, lol). They are an older couple and are completely OBSESSED with their yard, driveway, etc. It is not uncommon to see him MOPPING his driveway or on his hands and knees picking up tiny pieces of leaves or grass or whatever and putting them in a bucket! LOL! Even our local newspaper came over once and did a story on them and their yard. :) The downside is that during the winter he makes so much noise breaking up all the ice that collects on his curb (yes, he cleans his curb too all the way to the corner!).
