Mounted prints

As the summer is winding down, I'm getting more and more anxious for fall! Is this what they call the *summer duldrums*??? (OM, not sure about the spelling there!). I feel really *unsettled*. Is anyone else feeling this way?

The farmer's market I'm doing this summer has been going very well. I'm selling good (most nights) and learning a lot about OUTDOOR shows! Indoor shows seem so easy now! I've never been so in tune to weather in my life!!! There was once I was a bit too confident and didn't cover my stuff in time and had some damage to my little magnets. I do have a big canopy, but that doesn't help when it's raining hard AND windy! I love it, though... love the challenge and activity and people.

I've just started a new thing... mounted prints. I love these little buggers.

Hope everyone is enjoying the weather while it's here. Soon enough we'll have tons of snow here in Wisconsin!

I love your mounted print too! Of course this is the one that I bought 3 of them. I put them in little white distressed frames & they are so sweet. I even put our names on them for me & my friends. Did you mount these on wood? I also know how you feel about "duldrums", I just have a very un-settled feeling. I'm sure it will pass. Happy that your farmers market is going so well. I would like to paint another "Lucy" but just can't find the time! Love all your sweet little prints. Have a good one. Hugs***Renea

outside show tips: Bring a radio with a weather thingy on it and LISTEN when it's looking bad. Of course a canopy is a must, and it must be weighted... eek I've seen three fly and they can kill people, believe it or not. A nice quality tarp is good too, as when it's windy and raining the canopy isn't enough. Of course cold water cuz it gets so hot out there!
